You can now request a practice Outcomes Manager account via our website. This will allow you to:- Make Vision+ templates you have created available to other practices.
- Download Vision+ templates that have been shared by other practices.
- Use the same template across your GP network, CCG or Health Board.
- See a report of SMS text message usage for your practice.
- COMING SOON! See a report and a dashboard of practice data extracted to Outcomes Manager for the GP network, CCG or Health Board and baseline this against the local or national average.
